Adjunctive treatment for your mental health needs.
Schedule Introductory Call
To create a truly trauma sensitive space for all of us who will be practicing together live or online, a 15 minute introduction call is a requirement for all participants. You will not be pressured during this call to sign-up, or to share anything you are not comfortable sharing. This call serves as an opportunity for us to meet and to have all your questions answered. After connecting, you are welcome to take all the time you need to decide whether this yoga practice is right for you.
